A Transform Part - A CTF Splice

Listen Here

Emily is joined by Ben, Justin, Carl, Ryan, and Rudie to talk about Transformers: The Movie (1986), Transformers (2007), and we feature a in depth discussion about Transformers Revenge of the Fallen

We talk about racist robots, Bay's sense of humor, and ask the ultimate question. Does this movie work as a film? And if not, does it, in the least, work as a popcorn blockbuster?

Believe us, there's a wide range of opinions held by our respected hosts.

What did you think of Transformers? Give us a call at 206-666-3508, or email us at cuethefilm@gmail.com

Since is not correct. I think you mean sense of humor. (:

Michael Bay has way more control over dialogue that you give him credit for. He (along with Martin Lawrence and Will Smith) pretty much re-wrote Bad Boys together. In general, writers' involvement in Hollywood ends at the script stage. As a director, Michael Bay is the beginning and end of the movie. He's in charge, and he is responsible for the awful dialogue, actors' performances, etc.
