I haven't listened to this episode yet, but I have to say it's probably my favorite episode so far... can't wait till next episode (though I have to hurry up and watch some movies. Good thing I've seen Juno, otherwise I'd be totally unprepared)

Immediately after we recorded I watched Roman Polanski: Wanted and Desired. Check it out on HBO. It explains the complicated situation pretty well.

"I hate John Wayne".

Ouch ;)

What's Up, Doc? is Peter Bogdanovic's nod to Howard Hawks. I also enjoy his screwball comedy Nickelodeon. The Last Picture Show was his tribute to John Ford.

It's difficult to say which film is the best rather than being a personal favourite but Citizen Kane belongs in the top 25 of American films. So I agree with Emily - yay!

Guys - GREAT sound this week! Finally your audio does justice to your content.

I so have to watch some of these so called "classics".

My classic list currently includes "the last starfighter" and "crazy people". And who cold forget "what about Bob?"

So yeah, I need some help there.

I've just been mucking about with Audacity as I hear so many complaints about it, and it's actually a really well featured program.

That has nothing to do with this thread, though.

Must find all that audio I ripped out of Joe's Apartment so some can go into the next episode.

Paul - about the audio comment, are you referring to the reposted version or the original?

Stephanie said...

Audacity is cool especially for a free program.

I got the impression you couldn't fade in and out, or overlay stuff or move things about the timeline but you can.

Aw, that's not what I meant at all!

Ems - at some point Twitter me up when you can have a chat and we'll talk about editing stuff.
