Movies to Musicals: a Cue the Film Joint

Through the power of the Internet, Tosus leads Stephanie, John and the techno-ghost of Chris in a discussion of movies that became musicals (and in some cases, turned back into movies again), taking in The Producers, Little Shop of Horrors, Reefer Madness, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, The Full Monty and Billy Elliot.

Brace yourself also, for the musical sidesteps of Mamma Mia! and Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog.

Cue the Film features both Lovely and Bad Horses - thus retaining a perfect balance.

Of horses.

COME GET SOME!

The fictional author of "Springtime for Hitler" is called Franz Liebkind.

Great episode... despite Chris doing his Man Who Was Not There impression.

Nice clips!

With the Dharmalars on prolonged hiatus, this episode would have been a nice opportunity to add a karaoke segment to your show.

MB and Mac's karaokes on the last show should e enough for everyone to be going on with.

shame about the technical problems but it was still an excellent show - the Billy Eliott review was particularly good. I'll have to watch it now.

Hey Guys!

Teriffic Show! I'm sorry I had to bail out on the Coen's Episode, but this one was great too. If you ever need an extra voice again let me know!!!

Glad you enjoyed. We acknowledged that you'd gone but perhaps we should have taken that opportunity to pimp your wares a bit.

You're a good co-host, but it's so hard to keep up with you!
